Introducing...the Discipleship Toolkit
Beginning October 4, 2009 Lincoln Berean Church and Back to the Bible will be offering an innovative way for LBC attendees to interact with Sunday's sermon all week long. Utilizing Back to the Bible's groundbreaking services 411God, See Me Change and Nudge, participants will be encouraged each day to live out God's Word in the community.
411God:It's a minute of the Bible delivered to your phone
every day. 411God has created a special series of messages based around
the upcoming series in 2 Corinthians just for you.
Many of you from LBC have been using 411God since we first announced it back in January. Now it's about to get even better!
See Me Change: A lot of ministries out there will send your phone a text
message with a Bible verse each day. But See Me Change takes this to the
next level. Not only do we send you a text message with a Bible verse,
we encourage to respond with your own text message telling us how you
will apply that verse to your life.
And, not only do we encourage you to respond, we give you a place where you can see how other people are applying that verse to their lives.
Starting October 4, go to SeeMeChange.org and see the ways other Bereanites are applying the words of 2 Corinthian to their lives.
Nudge:
Life is messy. Getting from Point A to Point B in your walk with Christ is rarely as simple as walking a straight line. Each step of our spiritual growth is beset with temptations and fears, doubts and discouragements. Nudge is a daily reminder to walk the straight-and-narrow; a gentle push in the right direction. Each day's reminder is written by men and women on the same path as you, who know just how difficult life can get.
